We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described below, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We collect personal data in two situations only.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We do not buy contact data. We do not maintain a mailing list, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.

To reply to your enquiry, and to decide whether we can help. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, we keep the record as part of the client file. That is the whole purpose.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, or where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@webrigo.com.

Only the founder and anyone directly working on your enquiry. Form submissions are stored securely in our database. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own purposes.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twenty-four months. Client records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax and company law, and then deleted.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or completed, to have it erased, to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and to raise a grievance. Write to contact@webrigo.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls that limit reads to authorised accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.

We will update this page and change the date above. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified by email where we hold one.
